Erik Ragatz joined Hellman & Friedman in 2001 and leads the Firm’s efforts to invest in the consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grocery Outlet, Caliber Collision, and Snap One. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goodman Global, Associated Materials and ABRA and a Director of LPL, Sheridan, and Texas Genco. Prior to H&F, Erik was employed by Bain Capital in Boston and Sydney. Previously, he worked as a management consultant for Bain & Company in San Francisco. Erik received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB in Economics from Stanford University.
